Adam Eliason

Adam Eliason has been an affordable housing consultant since 1999. His company was hired to prepare the Irvine Housing Strategy that became the blueprint for the City’s affordable housing effort. The Strategy recommended the formation of the Irvine Community Land Trust, a 501c3 non-profit, to permanently create new affordable housing. In 2006 the Trust was created, and Adam has continued to assist in the organization and development aspects of the organization.
His clients have included many cities and non-profits in Southern California. He specializes in creating and managing innovative affordable housing solutions. His most recent work has centered around the formation and administration of regional housing trusts - a joint powers authority that prioritizes securing additional funding for affordable housing for a variety of purposes. For over 17 years he was a Planning Commissioner in Chino Hills and served on the initial General Plan Advisory Committee. He is also a Real Estate Broker.
