Homebuyer Education Class

This 1.5 hour entry level class is designed to prepare homebuyers with the fundamentals of becoming mortgage ready. Budgeting, credit, lending, and home buying related topics will be presented. This class will also highlight down payment assistance options and criteria. One registration per person please. There is a $25.00 reservation fee (per person) that is reimbursed when you attend. I understand that if I am a no call no show, I forfeit the reimbursement. Please note that by registering for the class you acknowledge and understand that this class does not provide a certificate.
