The mission of the Irvine Community Land Trust (ICLT) is to develop high-quality housing that remains affordable for residents and working families across Orange County. Through responsible planning and development, ICLT helps expand access to stable housing while supporting the long-term strength of communities throughout the region, while maintaining its continued focus in Irvine.
By securing land and using the community land trust model, ICLT helps ensure that homes built today remain affordable for all future Orange County residents. This approach supports lasting housing opportunities that contribute to vibrant and inclusive communities.
